The goal: Make both flows smooth, reduce support burden, and help users complete setup quickly.
MoVE is a fleet management platform that had grown significantly since its 2016 launch but whose interface hadn't kept pace. With a contract deadline under four months away, I joined as the sole designer to redesign the web UI from the ground up.
The goal: modernize an aging Angular/Material stack into React, resolving long-standing usability complaints around data visualization and visual feedback, and doing it all within tight constraints that ruled out any backend or firmware changes.
